This workshop is for moms and their daughters, ages 12 and older, to spend time exploring their relationship to food, and their relationships with their bodies. This will be a space for us to learn from each other, and explore the obstacles that get in our way of loving and accepting our bodies. Learn about intuitive eating, healthy ways to nourish your body, and a path towards cultivating body acceptance and respect.
